Description

### Integration

sentry-android-sqlite

### Build System

Gradle

### AGP Version

9.3.1

### Proguard

Enabled

### Other Error Monitoring Solution

No

### Version

8.53.0, 6.19.0

### Steps to Reproduce

1. Launch the app on a Xiaomi device running Android 12.
2. The issue occurs during the initial app startup.
3. The app uses Room 3.
4. The issue is highly reproducible and occurs almost every time on affected devices.

### Expected Result

The app starts normally without SQLite/Sentry connection errors.

### Actual Result

During initial startup, Sentry throws a SQLite writer connection timeout. This happens with very high frequency and is reproducible almost every time on affected Xiaomi Android 12 devices.

```
android.database.SQLException: Error code: 5,
message: Timed out attempting to acquire a writer connection.
```

Writer pool:
capacity=1, permits=0
Status: Free connection

The reader connections are free, but the writer connection cannot be acquired.

Please investigate whether this is related to Sentry's SQLite instrumentation/connection pool and its interaction with Room on Xiaomi Android 12.
