Description
### Problem Statement
Sentry is already available on start.spring.io and I just found out, you can add dependencies via the URL params, e.g. https://start.spring.io/#!type=maven-project&language=java&platformVersion=3.3.4&packaging=jar&jvmVersion=17&groupId=spring.ai.example&artifactId=spring-ai-demo&name=spring-ai-demo&description=Spring%20AI%20%2C%20getting%20started%20example%2C%20using%20Open%20AI&packageName=spring.ai.example.spring-ai-demo&dependencies=web,spring-ai-openai,sentry
We should check whether we can have a Sentry setup link in our docs / onboarding. Just adding the dependency is simple, we should check if we can also have some prefilled config files. I'm assuming this can be done in the repo for start.spring.io by adding it to the Sentry dependency.

Start with the provided start.spring.io URL and review how the Sentry dependency is exposed there. Determine whether the Sentry dependency can provide prefilled configuration files and whether a setup link belongs in the Sentry documentation or onboarding; done means documenting a confirmed supported approach or recording the limitation clearly.
