描述
Add a boolean `enableBreadcrumbTextExtraction` (default `true`) on `SentryAndroidOptions`. When `false`, skip all text-based label extraction for interaction breadcrumbs — only resource ID, class name, and `sentryTag` are captured.
Provides a global opt-out for apps with PII concerns about text content appearing in breadcrumbs.
