Capture information for all threads and their current stacktrace at ANR time

Capture a full snapshot of all running threads at ANR time, including their stack traces, current state, and the origin of handlers posted to the main looper. Automatically parse lock information from the thread dump to infer deadlock chains and identify which threads are blocking one another.
