Integration for ktor server

### Description

This issue shall serve to gauge interest in a dedicated Sentry [ktor server](https://github.com/ktorio/ktor) integration.
Please do upvote if this is something you'd like to see.

Note that we already support ktor client for [JVM](https://docs.sentry.io/platforms/java/tracing/instrumentation/ktor-client/) and [Android](https://docs.sentry.io/platforms/android/integrations/ktor-client/).
Additionally, ktor server is supported by OpenTelemetry and can therefore be auto-instrumented using our [OpenTelemetry integration](https://docs.sentry.io/platforms/java/performance/instrumentation/opentelemetry/).

Therefore, this issue refers to a exclusively to a possible integration for ktor server in setups without OpenTelemetry.
