OpenTelemetry HTTP client errors

### Problem Statement

Implement client errors, similar to what we have e.g. for OkHttp

### Solution Brainstorm

In SpanProcessor / SpanExporter check span attributes and create a Sentry error.
Should probably be opt-in at the start and then become opt-out later.
