Beschreibung
Let's consider the following:
- The cache directory depends on the `dsn`, if none is set we have to come up with a reasonable alternative (dummy dsn), also `getParsedDsn()` needs to work properly
- As the SDK needs to be fully initialized, we'd need a `NoOpTransport`\
- The NDK needs to support that too
