### Problem Statement
Based [on the discussion we had here](https://github.com/getsentry/sentry-java/issues/912), we want to provide a manual API to tigger sending of the cached envelopes.
### Solution Brainstorm
Maybe something like `Sentry.flushCache()` would be sufficient.
