Set different mechanism for startup crashes

Some customers would like to distinguish between startup crashes/other crashes to see how they affect their crash-free rate. We could set a different mechanism type for those crashes to make them filter-able. I'd suggest something like `StartupCrash` for the mechanism type, since we use camel case for that usually.
