Automatic sentry-native init does not configure all properties

### Description

Right now only a few options are [processed on the native side](https://github.com/getsentry/sentry-java/blob/main/sentry-android-ndk/src/main/jni/sentry.c#L240) and there's not enough documentation on automatic configuration behavior overall.

Our [Android sample app](https://github.com/getsentry/sentry-java/blob/main/sentry-samples/sentry-samples-android) also showcases [how the native SDK can be used](https://github.com/getsentry/sentry-java/blob/main/sentry-samples/sentry-samples-android/src/main/cpp/native-sample.cpp), but it’s probably too basic as well.
