Description
If the event array is empty, don't emit an empty appmap.json file. Log a message when appmap.debug is true, stating that the file was empty and therefore skipped.

Research direction
Locate the code that writes appmap.json and handles the event array, then inspect the existing appmap.debug logging path. Done means an empty event array produces no file and logs that the file was empty and skipped when appmap.debug is true.
