Building a search engine in python

I'm creating this issue to build a search engine in python seeing that it is not here. Just like google, given an input of documents and a search term, we would find the documents that contain this term, and rank them based on an importance score

I would like to contribute by adding code for this to the repository. Kindly assign me this issue.
