ERROR: the following packages/stacks could not have their rosdep keys resolved
to system dependencies:
fleet_adapter_nav2: Cannot locate rosdep definition for [python3-nudged]
ionic_demo: Cannot locate rosdep definition for [rmf_demos]
python3-nudged is not found in any database of rosdep or jazzy.
