Description
It would be nice to have issue templates for bugs and feature requests. We have templates here that we could leverage: https://github.com/GenomicMedLab/software-templates/tree/main/.github/ISSUE_TEMPLATE
We've been using these issue templates in our repos and it helps ensure that tickets have enough information for developers needed to implement.
