This is the `1.3` Genotype, but during development of that model we agreed with members of the community that we would reassess Genotype before bringing into `2.x` due to possible changes from SV and/or phasing work. For example, Mrinal has already opened ga4gh/vrs#463 to discuss some updates to this model associated with the SV SIG.
