Description
I'm not sure how VRS defines this functionality, will need to look into it.
By "nested" this may refer to objects within arrays, not just objects in map values. So an array of VRS-identifiable objects should be replaced by an array of the VRS identifiers, and then sort the array on the UTF-8 32-bit char values.
