Name of the GeneDescriptor field in Python

When generating a phenopacket in Python, the slot corresponding to GeneDescriptor is internally named "gene". If a different name is used, the code raises an error. Without access to the phenopackets source code, it would have been difficult to figure this out based solely on the documentation, since it is not specified. It would be very helpful to clarify this in the official guide.
