Version differences between PyPI and GitHub

We have noticed that the version available on PyPI (2.0.2post5) (https://pypi.org/project/phenopackets/) does not apparently match the version indicated on GitHub (2.0.0) (https://github.com/ga4gh/phenopacket-schema). It is not clear to us whether they actually correspond to the same version despite the difference in labeling, or if there is some divergence between the two releases. We would appreciate some clarification on this.
