Description
Although there is detailed documentation on how to create a phenopacket using Java (https://phenopacket-schema.readthedocs.io/en/latest/java.html), the equivalent information for Python is much more limited. In the current Python documentation, there is hardly any explanation of how to generate a phenopacket from scratch, which makes it difficult for new developers to use. The closest resource is on GitHub (https://github.com/ga4gh/phenopacket-schema), but it is also quite brief. It would be very helpful to have a more complete guide, similar to the one available for Java.

Research direction
Start by comparing the Java guide at phenopacket-schema.readthedocs.io/en/latest/java.html with the current Python documentation and the brief GitHub guidance linked in the issue. Add a complete Python guide for creating a phenopacket from scratch, with enough detail for new developers to follow the process independently.
