Description
Currently, the reference cloud is using a non-GA4GH themes (colors, fonts, styles) and stock images. Update the reference cloud to:
* have GA4GH-branded colors and fonts
* replace stock imagery with GA4GH graphics (i.e. on the landing page)
* add the GA4GH logo wherever applicable (i.e. site footer)
* etc.
