Consolidate Scripts

We should combine some of these scripts that have overlapping goals. One example seems to be the `chat` and the `chat-emails`. There could be others that I still need to look into.

Note: We do not want to achieve "DRY" goals. We treat these scripts as one-offs and need not spend any time maintaining code that "looks" good.

Code logic duplication is acceptable. We never want to create any cross-dependencies to avoid having to maintain these scripts as a whole.
