Retry documentation update/install on error

When downloading docs fail, it will result in an error


This is a feature request for a "Retry" button, and/or automated retry to download document when it encounters failure.

Start by locating the documentation download or installation error handling and the UI path shown in the report; no file or test is named. Reproduce a failed download, then verify that the chosen retry behavior completes the document download without the reported error.
