Support for Presto SQL language

I want Devdocs.io to support Presto SQL query language https://prestodb.io/docs/

## Summary
Since the features in Presto is not like other SQL language (ie. PostgresSQL) and are widely used in many tech companies like Facebook, ByteDance, Twitter, Twillio, Salesforce, and more. So it is a good idea for us to have their docs (https://prestodb.io/docs/) available for use in devdocs

首先比较现有 SQL 文档源在 Devdocs 仓库中的注册方式，然后查看 prestodb.io/docs/ 上的 Presto 文档。完成的标准是：Presto SQL 文档能够通过 Devdocs 以与项目支持的其他文档源相同的方式提供。
