Ember 4 documentation is actually for Ember data

The Ember 4 documentation, unlike Ember 2 and 3, isn't for Ember 4 but for Ember-data

**To Reproduce**
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. Open DevDocs
2. Expand 'Ember' and select either Ember 2 or 3 to view the documentation
3. Now select Ember 4 to view its documentation, to compare

**Expected behavior**
The documentation for Ember 4 should be for the framework itself, not for the ember-data component of it.

Reproduce the mismatch in DevDocs by comparing the Ember 2, Ember 3, and Ember 4 entries, as described in the issue. Trace the Ember 4 documentation entry to the source configuration or generated documentation and verify that it points to Ember framework documentation rather than ember-data.
