Localisation

This tool is amazing, and essential for my workflow as a dev whose constantly offline.

I imagine it to also be amazing reference material for students. But English is not used by everyone, so it'd be great for non-english coders to use this as well.

Would this be possible?

The issue names no files, tests, or entry points and does not define which languages or parts of the product should be localized. Begin by clarifying the desired scope and surveying the repository for existing localization support; done would require an agreed, implementable scope.
