Can't use Library from FSI (Fsharp Interactive): System.DllNotFoundException: Unable to load DLL 'git2-b0d9952': The specified module could not be found. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x8007007E)

Reproduisez le problème dans une nouvelle session F# Interactive sur Server 2016 avec net471, en utilisant LibGit2Sharp.dll provenant des versions de package indiquées. Comparez la référence d’assembly réussie avec la construction de Repository qui échoue et la tentative de référence à la bibliothèque native git2-b0d9952.dll. C’est terminé lorsque FSI peut référencer et utiliser LibGit2Sharp sans l’erreur de chargement de la bibliothèque native.

Reproduction steps

in a fresh fsi (using ionide ) i can reference LibGit2Sharp.dll and open the LibGit2Sharp namespace, but instantiating a Repository throws following error:

And I can't reference the dll from LibGit2Sharp.NativeBinaries, because it throws

What am I missing? How can I use the compiled libraries ?

So i am dowloading via nuget LibGit2Sharp prerelease in my paket.dependencies, which resolves to

this is on Server 2016 with net471 which should behave like windows 10.
