[Feature request] Option to put a timestamp in the output display

A lot of times I'm running code multiple times hoping to see changes, but I can't tell if it didn't run for some reason or if it produced the same output as last time because there are no visual changes in the output window.

**Describe the solution you'd like**
The simplest solution would be to have an option to print a timestamp alongside the `[Running]` information, so something would indicate a change. I could also imagine a little flair like the small flash that the built-in debugger does when variables change value, but that's likely overkill and/or annoying to people who are not me. :)

Obviously I could alter my own output to include a timestamp, and in the meantime that's what I'm doing, but it feels like something that the extension itself could provide fairly easily.
