[ISSUE] Various formatting issues and suggestions about the "Run by Language" list

Hi. These are some issues and suggestiosn for the author:

- "**bat**" is a file extension (same as **.cmd**), not a language. It is most known as **Batch Scripting** (or just **Batch**). For this reason I think the entry should be renamed. **Sublime Text** editor lists it as "**Batch File**" which is always another good name too.

- "**shellscript**" entry should be shortened to "**Bash**", or "**Shell Script (Bash)**" to find it easier.

- I don't know if the author has listed the entries following some kind of personal language favoritism but this is not good for the end-user, I mean the list lacks of an alphabetical ordering and this makes visual search a lot difficult to find the desired language without using the search box to find it... then, please consider to sort the entries of the list in alphabetically ordering, because this is really chaotic:


- All the entries of the list are wrote in lower-case, this makes it ugly to see it. Please consider to accommodate the entries following Title-Case rules and their corresponding dashes, dots and whitespaces etc:
- AppleScript
- C
- C++ (always better to use symbols than a confussing **pp** for **plusplus**)
- C-Sharp (or just C#) (note the dash is very important)
- Java
- JavaScript
- LUA
- PHP
- Python
- Ruby
- VB Script (note the importancy of the whitespace because follows an upper-case "B")
- VB.NET (with a dot, and "NET" in upper-case as it is officially named)
- etc...

Here below is the list that uses **Sublime Text** editor if it can help you to have some kind of language naming guide-line:
