[Bug] Run python command directly in IPython terminal

**Describe the bug & Reproduce**

1. Run a python file in a terminal named "Code"
2. Start an IPython terminal and do something.
3. When run a python file again, python command is directly run in the IPython terminal

**Expected behavior**

When an IPython terminal is running, it's better to run command in another new terminal.
