Option to focus on terminal only when program ask for user input.

This feature will certainly **ramp up the speed** of programming if there was such an option for the user to enable it.

**We need a little modification in this option.**

There is no need to focus the cursor on terminal output when there is **NO** user input required because that would be a waste of time. Sometimes no output appears when there is an error or when there is a program like "print hello world" where there is no point going toward the terminal.


The issue names no files or tests. Start by locating the existing terminal-focus option in the VS Code extension and trace how it determines whether a program needs user input; done means terminal focus occurs only when input is required, without changing behavior for programs that do not need input.
