Items Identified as changes even though orgs are in Sync

Describe the bug
I have a Developer Sandbox and another Sandbox for my Integration stage in my pipeline.
there is a list of about a dozen items that are getting flagged as "changes" or differences between the two. These were pushed as part of my last push to production so i'm not sure why they are still identified as differences.

When I selected them and tried to push them to integration to avoid them being flagged as "changes" the commit failed with the error:

On branch WI-000217
Your branch is up to date with 'origin/WI-000217'.

nothing to commit, working tree clean

So why are things being flagged as changes when it says the working tree is clean?

Verifica perché tali elementi vengono segnalati come modifiche nonostante l’albero di lavoro visualizzato risulti pulito e il push non sia riuscito; il lavoro è completato quando la discrepanza è stata identificata e la causa è stata documentata o risolta.
