fly launch for Shopify apps fails: `shopify app deploy --force` — --force removed in Shopify CLI 4.x

`fly launch` aborts when scaffolding a Shopify app. `flyShopifyConfig` in `fly.js` runs:

```js
execSync(`shopify app deploy --force --config ${configFile}`, { stdio: 'inherit' })
```

but the `--force` flag was removed from `shopify app deploy` in current Shopify CLI (reproduced on **4.2.0**). The valid flags are now: `reset, allow-updates, allow-deletes, no-release, no-build, message, version, source-control-url, config, client-id, path`. So the command exits with:

Error: failed to generate Dockerfile: exit status 1
at GDF.flyShopifyConfig (.../@flydotio/dockerfile/fly.js:395:7)
```

Because it throws inside Dockerfile generation, the **entire `fly launch` fails** — no `fly.toml` is produced.

**Versions:** `@flydotio/dockerfile@0.7.10`, `@shopify/cli@4.2.0`, Node 24.

**Fix:** drop `--force` (the flag is gone, and `--config` is still valid):
