FluvioAdmin.list_partitions() return MetadataPartitionSpec should be populated with more info

It would be nice to could also simplfy this so input and output TopicSpec are the same (but this isn't a hard requirement)

Beginne mit der Dokumentation zu FluvioAdmin.all_topics und FluvioAdmin.list_partitions und prüfe die dort beschriebenen Ausgaben von MetadataTopicSpec und MetadataPartitionSpec. Ermittle, welche Metadatenfelder derzeit fehlen; abgeschlossen ist die Aufgabe, wenn diese zurückgegebenen Spezifikationen die zusätzlich vorgesehenen Informationen offenlegen, wobei die Vereinfachung von TopicSpec für Eingabe/Ausgabe nur behandelt wird, wenn ihr Umfang bestätigt ist.
