We as engineer maybe knowing the package name of specific application for example whatsapp. This feature enable engineer to send with/without file to specific package name to simplify process that eliminate step about choose an application.

### Proposal

Provide a way to share with/without file via package name.

Start by reviewing the share_plus plugin entry point and its platform-specific behavior for sharing. Determine how a caller would provide a target package name, including sharing with and without a file. Done means the plugin can direct the share operation to the requested application without requiring an application chooser.
