flutter_webview_plugin throws error while generating .apk file

I want to generate .apk file for my application.But it is not able to do so because of AndroidX incompatibility for flutter_webview_plugin.I tried everything as per https://flutter.dev/docs/development/androidx-migration ,still nothing is helping:

This is the error I am getting when I run:

Commencez par reproduire l’échec signalé de `flutter build apk` et inspecter la configuration de build Android de `flutter_webview_plugin`, en particulier les erreurs AndroidX et de liaison des ressources impliquant `launch_review` et `screen_state`. Le travail est considéré comme terminé lorsque le plugin se compile correctement en tant qu’AAR et que l’application peut générer un APK sans ces échecs.
