Android text selection handle color

Hello, we are having a problem changing the webview text handle colors, it's not possible to change using `ThemeData` -> `textSelectionColor` or `cursorColor`

## Steps to Reproduce

Just create any project with a `WebviewScaffold`, the text selection handle is green, it's not possible to change using `textSelectionColor` or `cursorColor` from `ThemeData`.

1. Access any URL that have a textfield
2. Type something on the textfield
3. Select the text on the textfield
