Webview loads infinitely when internet is not available.

When the device loses connection to the internet, the web view continuously loads "forever". For example, if you start the web view when the device does not have an internet connection, the default spinner will show indefinitely. Moreover, the webview does not reload when an internet connection is re-established.

How are we supposed to handle connection errors? Is there an appropriate `StreamSubscription` that we can listen to? Is there some type of configurable timeout? Are we supposed to monitor the device's internet connection externally and reload the webview ourselves?
