Hi,
release 0.3.0+2 is broken due to the [accidental removal](https://github.com/fluttercommunity/flutter_webview_plugin/commit/348038ebd2f9446110397cbc929c31af7287d39c) of the `minSdkVersion` line in the build.gradle file (which I added a few months ago in #130).
I saw that it has been promptly added back in #241. However no release has been made since then.
I think it would be really important to release a new version ASAP, as there is currently no version unaffected by this regression which can run on Flutter 1.0.
