Can I set cookie from outside?

## Problem

I see there is a `getCookies` method, but I want to set cookie to webview, so webview and app can share the same session.

I tried the following method, but not working.

Start with the public getCookies and evalJavascript entry points and trace how the cookieJar values reach the native WebView. Reproduce the reported failure using the FlutterWebviewPlugin setup; done means establishing a supported way to share the session cookie or clearly documenting that it is not supported.
