CPU Profiler Fetching CPU sample forever

Description
The CPU Profiler appears to work correctly in Debug mode, where CPU sample data is loaded almost immediately after recording. However, in Profile mode, the profiler seems to get stuck indefinitely in the "Fetching CPU samples" state.
Steps to Reproduce in my case
Launch the app in Profile mode.
Open DevTools > CPU Profiler.
Start recording.
Perform a simple action in the app.
Stop recording after a very short duration (e.g. 0.5 seconds).
