Memory Panel filters are not very discoverable.

By default we hide exclude certain objects from memory profiling. These objects are excluded as part of the filters.

Besides these filters being hard to discover, the UI for modifying them (a list of strings instead of checkboxes or a buttons) is counterintuitve.

Start in the Memory Panel's filter UI and review how the existing filters and excluded-object list are presented. The issue is done when users can readily discover the filters and modify exclusions through a more intuitive control than the current list of strings; no file or test is named.
