Show all properties in the Property Editor, even if they are not editable

We should show all the available properties in the Property Editor, regardless of whether or not they are editable.

When I select a Container widget in the Property Editor, I don't see all of the attributes like `color`:

Start by reproducing the issue in DevTools 2.45.1: select a Container widget in the Property Editor and compare the displayed properties with its available attributes, including color. Trace how the editor decides which properties to display. Done means all available properties are shown while non-editable properties remain distinguishable or read-only.
