[Inspector V2] Widget properties tab highlight extends past its rounded edge

The inspector has rounded edge around the tabs:

If I hover on the `Widget properties` tab, the highlight incorrectly extends past the rounded corner:

从 Inspector V2 Widget 的属性选项卡开始，复现 issue 图片中显示的悬停状态。跟踪选项卡的圆角容器和悬停样式；完成的标准是悬停时高亮始终被裁剪在圆角边缘内。
