Expand/Collapse the `_notificationTreeNode` will cause the chevron before the `_widget` to animated again, which is unnecessary.

Start by searching the DevTools UI code for `_notificationTreeNode` and `_widget`, then inspect how the tree chevron animation is triggered during expand/collapse. Done means expanding or collapsing `_notificationTreeNode` no longer re-animates the chevron before `_widget` unnecessarily.
