Cannot open Timeline Events page on Windows

I'd like to profile my Windows application from VS Code using Devtools' Performance view.

Whenever I select the page, I get a popup with the following error:

The weird thing here is that this seems to be an error coming from android support, but I have completely disabled android via
`flutter config --no-enable-android` in this environment.

Riproduci il problema aprendo la pagina Timeline Events della vista Performance in VS Code su Windows con il contesto di trace fornito. Parti da AdbOverWebUsb nello stack trace di frontend_bundle.js indicato e determina perché l’errore di autorizzazione USB impedisce l’apertura della pagina; il lavoro è completato quando la pagina si apre senza il popup.
