The tooltip shows the same info available on the right of the table. It's Okay to either drop it or use the tooltip to direct the user to the right hand side of the table for details.

Start by locating the DevTools UI for the retaining path table and its tooltip, then compare the tooltip with the details shown on the table’s right side. Done means removing the redundant tooltip information or changing it to direct users to those table details, and verifying the resulting UI.
