Release notes should specify which platforms various features are supported on

I connected to a web app, and noticed the release notes that popped up in DevTools included announcements of new features that are not supported on web, eg code coverage in the debugger.

As part of adding release notes, we should also have a step that includes specifying which platforms various features are supported on.
