Enable better precision for memory sizes

Options:
1. Button that switch from rough units to bytes
2. We can show consistent units rather than mixing KB and MB on different lines. That way it's easier to visually compare. I could also see there being buttons for Bytes, KB, MB, GB (similar to the proposal for chart display options) to change quickly between them. - Mindy

No files or tests are named. Start by locating the existing memory-size display and the chart display options referenced in the issue, then clarify which unit-switching behavior is wanted. Done means memory values can be compared consistently and, if selected, converted to bytes, KB, MB, or GB.
