Separating icon vs text click for treetable drop down

**Currently**
When clicking on a table row, the treemap updates and the table expands.

**Want**
When clicking on the arrow (expand) icon, the table should expand but the treemap should NOT update. When clicking any other part of the row, the treemap should update and the table should expand.
