Description
It was noticed in https://github.com/flutter/devtools/issues/3868 that the unicode arrow had formatting issues when run in the web
https://github.com/flutter/flutter/issues/102518 was reported to point out the issue
In the mean time the code where the arrow is added was changed to use a unicode character. See https://github.com/flutter/devtools/blob/8f8857a1bd05ca20943cdb27557d1ed3438b0afc/packages/devtools_app/lib/src/screens/debugger/program_explorer.dart#L191
Once https://github.com/flutter/flutter/issues/102518 is resolved then the arrow can be changed back to a unicode character
